This role involves:
Managing cashier duties (billing and payment handling)
Answering incoming customer calls
Checking and updating order statuses when needed
Working Hours:
12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 6 days a week (rest day on a weekday)

Job Opening: Cashier cum Receptionist (Only Singaporean may apply)
We are seeking a responsible individual to join our team. This role involves:

  • Managing cashier duties (billing and payment handling)
  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Checking and updating order statuses when needed
Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Working Hours:
12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 6 days a week (rest day on a weekday)
Salary Details:
  • Basic Salary: S$2,200/month
  • Overtime Pay (from 8pm-9pm daily): S$17.30 per hour (Estimated OT: S$17.30 x 25 hours = S$432.50/month)
  • Gross salary: S$2,600+
Note:
Salary will be reviewed and adjusted upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period.

Position: Customer service executive
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products being offered for sale.
  • Be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
Customer Service: * Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Assist customers in selecting product that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Administrative Tasks: * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as delivery and sales department to ensure a smooth sales process.

Cashier cum admin $1800-$2000 JD:
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Organize and arrange products in the store to ensure a neat and presentable display.
  • Maintain and organize paperwork and administrative documents as needed.
  • Answer phone calls during quieter periods and assist with inquiries as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
