Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

Job duties and responsibilities:

People

\xc2\xb7 Update and demonstrate Mandai Wildlife Group values - ETHICS (Excellemce, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability).

\xc2\xb7 Deliver exceptional customer service to out of park partners and ecommerce customers and answer queries on replenshiment/logistics / and after sales service matters.

\xc2\xb7 Work with merchandising team and out of park partners to deliver on the sales target for Ecommerce and Out of Park points of sale.

Product

\xc2\xb7 Work with internal stakeholders to ensure products are launched on time on marketplace sites and out of park point of sales.

\xc2\xb7 Gather and share feedback on product quality, promotion effectiveness and customer responses from out of part partners to internal stakeholders for follow up;

\xc2\xb7 Ensure product information and price are reflected correctly on platforms and partners\' points of sale;

\xc2\xb7 Upkeep the visual displays of merchandise (working with VM).

Process

For Ecommerce:

\xc2\xb7 Manage stock level at marketplace.

\xc2\xb7 Fulfil order shipments.

\xc2\xb7 Reconcile revenue reporting with Finance and Ecom partner.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate stock count for Ecom/OOP points of sale.

\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

For Out of Park Operations:

Establish weekly contact with partner Ops point of contact to ensure we have sufficient stocks on display and keep track of sales trend.

Ensure out of park points are well represented and stock level well maintained.

Check monthly sales report.

Provide other relevant operation support to partner.

Coordinate stock count.

Others:

Analyse the business together with internal stakeholders and provide feedback to develop and grow Ecommerce and out of park business revenue steam.

Support general operation and merchandise administrative duties when required.

Any other special projects with the aim of expanding the out of park/ Ecommerce business.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE \'O\' Level

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year of relevant formal/informal experience in ecommerce, operations and customer service related role.

\xc2\xb7 Friendly, approachable personality with a passion for service.

\xc2\xb7 Service oriented with a good communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Physically fit and independent candidate.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
