Store Keeper
Job Description
Responsibilities
· Receive goods in accordance with the approved PO and inform users for verifications of received goods. · To ensure and execute the correct procedure of invoice posting. · To report the PO summary and any delivery/stock discrepancies to Superior for follow up action with vendors. · Ensure all deliveries are properly documented, goods issuance by FIFO. · Monitor store inventory, including weekly inventory reporting and monthly stock count to be conducted. · Arrangement of store, control issuance of goods, ensure good housekeeping and comply with safety regulations. · Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Superior. Requirement · 1 to 2 years of experience in Logistic/Store or related industry. Others · 6 days work week · Meals & transport provided · Working location : Tuas South Boulevard
