Job Description


We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Store Manager to join the team! Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the store to enhance sales and profitability while maintaining excellent customer service standards.The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Central
  • Work hours: 44 hours a day / 5D a week
Adecco is collaborating with one of the global leading manufacturers of consumer electronics.The Job:
  • Attain the sales and profitability targets outlined in the store budget, prevent stock-outs, and monitor stock status.
  • To enhance the quality of service and customer satisfaction, as assessed by the condition of the Boutique.
  • Conduct regular meetings to ensure alignment on targets and priorities.
  • Ensure the Boutique maintains a high standard of cleanliness and is well-equipped
  • Continuously monitor and enhance service excellence, offering guidance and improvement suggestions.
  • Effectively overseeing the sales staff, assigning daily tasks, and controlling stock and receiving areas.
  • Implement, monitor, and verify cash collection procedures, conduct daily checks on cash tills, and ensure adherence to control policies.
  • Oversee and proactively manage stock levels for various operational areas and campaigns.
  • To evaluate and enhance the delivery plan for optimum frequency, cost, and product availability while optimizing stock storage areas.
  • Provide training and guidance to Sales Associate, and establish a consistent coaching program for the store to track and enhance overall Customer Experience.
  • Ensure safe working conditions.
The Talent:
  • University degree or equivalent in Business Management / Retail / Hospitality Experience.
  • 6 years in customer / retail services and 4 years of supervisory experience as a team leader.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint.
