Job Description

Our client is a Retail Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Store Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day retail operations across multiple stores, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer experience, including after-sales services and repairs. Drive sales performance and profitability by achieving targets, optimizing productivity, and implementing effective sales strategies, new launches, and initiatives. Continuously enhance the overall brand experience to encourage client retention, repeat visits, and full-price purchases. Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve customer service standards, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Collaborate with internal departments to maintain optimal inventory levels, gather timely market insights, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales and operations reports to management. Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of relevant retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Prior experience in the luxury retail sector will be an advantage. Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record in driving team performance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
