• Achieve the boutique\'s sales target and lead the team to achieve individual sales targets.
• Lead and motivate the team through regular coaching and open communication.
• Manage all aspects of boutique operations including inventory controls, collateral management, manpower management, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure strict adherence to all security SOPs.
• Proactively contribute suggestions for in-store activations and sales strategies to drive traffic and sales to the boutique.
• Manage the CRM programme and maintain close follow-up with clients.

The Talent

• 3 years experience in related industry
• Highly motivated with good insight of customer service
• Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work according to the retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays.
• Experience with POS an added advantage.
