JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Experience in managing retail outlets/convenience store
- Organize all store operations
- Able to liaise with suppliers/manage internal and external stakeholders
- Handle e-commerce duties
- Keeping records of customer feedback
- Promote in-store promotional events or displays
- Familiar with market trends to determine the need for improvement
- Display strong interpersonal skills for enhancement of customer relationships and customer satisfaction
- Possess strong leadership qualities
- Customer service oriented with a passion in retail
