Daily receiving of goods
Ensure that goods are delivered in the correct quantities and according to orders. Also ensures that the food items are fresh
Assists Purchasing Executive with ordering of certain food and beverage items for store eg. Canned food, sugar, cooking oil and sauces
Month-end inventory of store items including food and beverage items and stationery
Recording of purchase and issue of store items
Provide ad-hoc assistance in Club\xe2\x80\x99s official functions or events (eg. Commodore\xe2\x80\x99s Day)
Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

Positive work attitude and strong sense of responsible
Hardworking and attentive to details
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Willing to work 5.5days work week
