Job Description

Our Client is a leader in the Fashion Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Store Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Achieve individual sales targets and support the team to meet overall store objectives. Train, coach, and guide store staff in line with company policies and business goals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to attract new clients. Represent and promote the brand with professionalism and product knowledge. Ensure high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive results. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

Minimum 4 years relevant experience in retail sales Proven work experience in supervisor level Good Customer Service Good Communication Skills Confident and outgoing
