Receive, check, and record all incoming goods and materials.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items in the store.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor or purchasing team for replenishment when needed.
Ensure store cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety regulations.
Handle material issuing, packing, and preparation for delivery.
2. Delivery Duties
Deliver goods and materials to customers or project sites in a timely and safe manner.
Verify delivery orders, quantities, and ensure proper documentation (DOs, invoices, etc.).
Collect customer acknowledgements and return signed documents to the office.
Assist in loading and unloading goods.
Maintain company vehicle in good condition -- check cleanliness, fuel, and service schedules.
Adhere to road safety rules and company delivery policies.
3. General Support
Assist in basic administrative or warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or vehicle issues immediately.
Support other departments when required, especially during peak periods.
Requirements (optional to include)
Possess a valid driving license (e.g. Class 3 or 3A).
Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
