Job descriptionWe are looking for an organized, experienced storekeeper to be responsible for all stocks and inventory for the property.To be successful as a storekeeper/inventory staff, you must be able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with customers. A good storekeeper is able to manage stock by keeping a record of sales and ordering the required replacement items. You should also be a detail-oriented, hard-working inventory clerk with warehouse experience and good math and communication skills. Your responsibilities would include maintaining inventory records, and preparing balance and shortages reports. Ideal candidates are physically fit and have warehouse experience, working knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet applications, and a valid Philippine driver's license.
Store Keeper | Inventory Staff Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the storage room is kept clean and organized.
• Maintaining and updating records.
• Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
• Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
• Compiling balance, price and cost reports.

Store Keeper Requirements:

• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-presented and professional.
• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail or hospitality industry, preferably in a senior associate position, would be advantageous.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
