We're seeking a meticulous and dependable

Storekeeper

to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our inventory operations - ensuring that raw materials, tools, and components are received, stored, and issued efficiently to support seamless production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying against purchase orders Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas Issue materials to production teams based on job orders and schedules Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reorders Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies Ensure compliance with safety and handling protocols Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality control departments

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum of 2 years' experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations (preferably in manufacturing) Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to operate forklift or other material handling equipment (certification preferred) Basic understanding of production workflows and material requirements * Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely
