Who We Need
  • Ensures that the receipt and issuance of stocks are carried out correctly and accurately both physically and in the system.
  • Reports the discrepancies to the Executive.
  • Ensures that all stocks are stored properly, in accordance to manufacturing specifications, and systematically as far as possible in the MMD\'s Store.
  • Participates in weekly cycle count.
  • Assists in twice yearly stock take exercise.
  • Checks expiry stock for clinical items based on MMD\'s duty roster.
  • Checks stock level and submit the Stock Replenishment Form to the Executive to place the order.
  • Updates par level into eMobile Ward Consumables System.
  • Monitors stock condition and highlight to the Executive on any inactive items.
  • Ensures that the Store is neat and tidy at all times.
  • Undertakes other duties as and when requested by the HOD, Materials Management and Executive, Materials Management.
How to Succeed
  • Possess at least GCE \'O\' or \'N\' Levels in any discipline.
  • Relevant experience in store work with knowledge in healthcare store operations.
