Our Client from the healthcare industry is looking for Storekeeper for the Clinical Lab department.
In charge of all storage areas for the Lab department
Co-ordinate all delivery arrangements for and ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming laboratory supplies.
Provide training and information to Operations and Laboratory team members on inventory tracking and par level management.
Liaise with vendors if items delivered are expired, damaged or poorly packed.
Maintain accurate physical inventory counts and records of stock utilisation.
Organise all storage areas to maximise capacity, minimise handling of products, and ensure staff safety.
Ensure that storage areas are clean and secure at all times to prevent pilferage.
Review inventory management and suggest improvements (using best LEAN practices) to Operations team and Head of Clinical Laboratory.
Establish par levels with clinical laboratory team members and ensure no exhaustion of stock.
Take responsibility for monthly stock-take.
Requirements :
1-2 years of relevant working experience
