Duties & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Storeman / Logistics Officer is responsible for managing inventory, tracking stock levels, and ensuring timely distribution of materials to support operational requirements.
Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials in designated locations.
• Issue materials and equipment based on project needs.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of items.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stock control systems and ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle physical work and operate material handling equipment.
