Minimum 1 year of experience in any technology development project (application development, software delivery, or equivalent).
Must have at least 2 yrs of working in an ICT company
Understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, with exposure to working in sprint-based or iterative delivery environments.
Proven ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in preparing documentation, proposals, and presentations.
Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Experience in IT sales, account management, or solution selling within the technology or consulting industry.
Familiarity with cloud, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
Knowledge of CRM tools, bid management, or commercial negotiation processes.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities across enterprise and public-sector clients.
Understand client technology requirements and work with internal teams to propose suitable IT solutions.
Coordinate with presales, delivery, and project teams to ensure timely responses to RFPs and proposals.
Support account planning, pipeline management, and revenue growth activities.
Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
