And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.Become a maker of possible with us!Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Lead to develop and execute key marketing strategic and tactical plans for Diagnostic Solution (DS), Central, South Asia & Japan region, who is responsible for leading platform and Core business product development efforts from the strategic marketing and market development perspective to deliver the sales, growth and profitability budget targets; to establish and strengthen a strong competitive position to increase business and portfolio opportunities. This role is pivotal in advancing public health initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation and expansion, for example, TB and HPV screening programs across the region.He/she should maintain close customer connection through market research activity and translate customer insights into product tactical plans. He/she will report on regional business performance, market environment and participate in product development programs; as well as local Marketing associates, and regional cross functional team resources including Finance, Regulatory, Medical and R&D partners as required.This position is intended for a Director level; however, candidates with less experience but strong competencies and skill sets will be considered for an Associate Director level.Key Responsibilities:Business performance:
