Strategic Operator (Fully Remote)
We're hiring a strategic operator to help us scale as our customer base grows. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and build systems that support long-term growth.
What You Will Do
Partner closely with leadership to execute key initiatives Turn big-picture goals into practical, scalable plans Build and improve internal processes that support growth Work across teams to keep projects moving and aligned Track priorities, progress, and outcomes Spot inefficiencies and fix them with simple, scalable solutions
What We're Looking For
Experience scaling operations in a customer-focused business Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, get-things-done mindset Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and structured communicator Technical background is a plus (engineering, systems, data, etc.)
