About This Role

We are looking for a meticulous and driven self-learner that is comfortable with both data and people. The role comes with the opportunity to put into practice multiple skillsets - stakeholder management, data analysis and growth opportunities. Candidate should be able to communicate clearly and concisely across various business teams. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver and gets excited by finding solutions backed with data.

Reporting to Aditya Goyal - Director of New Business Build Team - the successful candidate will be helping to conduct market research, market scan, data gathering, data analysis, and performance management for the team.

This is a group level role based in Singapore

As a Strategic Partnership Intern, your key objectives will be to:

  • Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics for the NBB team.
  • Identify, qualify and acquire potential partners within the Travel industry through various means.
  • Have a go-getter attitude with sales, through cold calling, emails and online media
  • Good mix of a hunter and farmer approach to business development / sales
  • Proactive partnership acquisition, including initial contact, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners
  • Craft compelling and engaging presentations and narrative that captivate partners, effectively conveying our value proposition, strategic initiatives and collaborative opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our current and new business partners, understanding any chances for improving the partnerships and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote the partnership.
  • End to end partnership roll out and management
  • Working with all internal stakeholders, including other marketing team, product, legal and customer support to ensure a smooth campaign implementation
  • Track and measure the performance of partnerships, use data driven approach to make strategic decision.
Job Requirements
  • .Able to commit for minimum 6 months
  • What IS necessary is a willingness to learn. Both the Founder and Director are ex-consultants. This is a great opportunity to pick up the consulting toolkit, but do come prepared to push yourself
  • Ability to think strategically, learn fast and understand new business dynamics
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent powerpoint and presentation skill
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Experience and knowledge in the travel industry is a plus
