Key Responsibilities

• Understand the overall business strategy of the management team

• Translate business strategy into technical plans to ensure the relevancy and competitiveness of the company

• Participation in the execution of various strategic initiatives

• Seek opportunities to expand through data and research (market, customer, competition)

• Analyse current business activities to identify and implement improvements in current processes

• Conduct research and analysis to identify strategic themes and opportunities

• Deliver actionable and valuable insights and recommendations to the management and the various business units (E.g., Future healthcare landscape, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, asset allocation and optimization etc)

• Spearhead and provide oversight for the complete project cycle of selected strategic projects

• Be a champion for innovation and improvement within the organisation

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any other related fields

• Minimum 3 years of working experience

• Relevant experience will be an advantage

• Background in areas such as business strategy planning, business development, partnerships, special projects and management consultancy would be favourable

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Able to work independently and in teams

• Experienced in internal and external stakeholder management

• Self-motivated, driven, resourceful and results-oriente
