Lead comprehensive analyses of e-commerce supply chain processes, uncovering opportunities to establish sustainable competitive advantages
Spearhead business initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness; conduct thorough evaluations of benefits and trade-offs to facilitate strategic decision-making
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives. Problem-solve issues as they arise and iterate solutions to overcome challenges
Effectively communicate with senior management, employing sound logic and clear communication to secure buy-in, align stakeholders, and overcome challenges
Lead junior members of the team, offering mentorship and guidance to foster their professional growth and development
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with an analytical component
2-3 years of consulting / growth strategy / go-to-market experience
Motivated to take ownership and solve implementation problems
Excellent communication skills and ability to present solutions and results at leadership level as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Willing to roll up sleeves and implement solutions; willing to hustle and overcome on-the-ground issues
Experience in logistics or e-Commerce is a good-to-have, but not mandatory
