  • Work closely with the APAC management board to formulate strategic vision, mission and strategy of the region
  • Participate in strategic planning and overall unit performance
  • Organization assessment towards creating x-functional synergies and managing resources to ensure future organizational readiness
  • Integrate information from all projects to assess whether the organization is achieveing its strategic objectives
  • Prioritize projects given resource considerations and strategic priorities of the business unit
PMO
  • Manage a portfolio of x-functional strategic projects within APAC, or within Taiwan and China
  • Planning through centralization and coordinated management of all strategic projects
  • Monitor and report of individual projects against established KPIs
  • Directly manage and execute selected projects as required in order to provide relevant inputs on project delivery.
  • Establish knowledge base with lesson learned and best practices
  • Drive clear results of projects in alignment with strategy and mission of APAC region, Taiwan and China
  • Coordinate communication across projects, identify and manage interdependencies among projects
  • Preparation of management report materials for various management forums
Leadership & Change Management
  • Drive x-functional teams in achieving strategic objectives for the organization
  • Be a strong advocate for new ways of working so that there is constant push towards preparing the organization for the future
  • Develop and tranform the organisation towards structured issue-based problem solving and x-functional collaboration
RequirementsRequirements :
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business / Engineering / Supply Chain, with knowledge of Supply Chain Management & Logistics
  • Ideally at least 5 years working experience in relevant industries
  • Extensive understaing of countries dynamics, culture, practices and engagement model so as to achieve collobrative approach to executive PMO duties
  • Excellent in driving successful change management at all level within the APAC network
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability for quantitative analysis and modeling
  • Process-oriented with excellent project management, people management and organizational skills
  • Good communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal and intercultural skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups on region-wide projects
  • Good understanding of basic financial concepts
  • A positive and contributory attitude and strong team player
  • A results-oriented multi-tasker with the ability to work under stress and tight deadlines while maintaining performance
  • Able to handle and relate to large quantities of data
  • Creative and able to develop novel ideas and solutions
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a comprehensive knowledge of DHL systems relating to customer service. It is expected that the individual will have exceptional skills in Powerpoint and Excel.
