Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead regional sourcing activities across APAC, ensuring cost competitiveness and supplier excellence. Align local sourcing strategies with global procurement goals. Identify and onboard qualified suppliers to strengthen the company's supply base. Support supplier audits, capability assessments, and negotiations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement integration into operations. Provide market intelligence and recommendations to global procurement teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering. 7-10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in APAC regional sourcing. Engineering products background preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
