Strategy Associate

Job Description
Contribute to the company’s strategic planning and implementation as we expand across Asia Pacific. Work directly with C-level management in structuring, closing, and implementing mergers and acquisitions in the region. Identify business opportunities in new countries, validate customer needs, and implement growth plans.
Activities include:
- Develop strategic plans for the company’s growth
- Monitor the company’s competitive landscape and industry trends
- Identify target companies for M&As
- Structure and close M&A deals
- Develop plans for achieving synergies and successful integration of acquired companies
- Establish business relationships with partners across the region
- 5 years’ experience in related roles (consulting, strategy, business development, product development, international expansion)
- Knowledge of Real Estate and/or property technology
- Major in Business or related
- MBA preferred
- Preferred xxperience in entrepreneurship, startups, and product development
