Reporting into the CEO, the Strategy department helps Ensign InfoSecurity chart its future direction in terms of where to play and how to win. It achieves this via a combination of analysing internal and external data, recommending possible winning moves, engaging with key partners and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The Strategy team is also responsible for managing interactions with key government stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Expected to work with and support the Head of Strategy to define and execute workstreams that determine the future direction of the company
• These may include, but are not limited to:

-Developing, executing, monitoring and conducting reviews of Ensign\xe2\x80\x99s long-term growth strategies

-Evaluating and executing inorganic growth options, including M&A

-Identification and curation of partners and partnership models that Ensign could explore for market access or capability development

• Participate in senior stakeholder engagements, both internal and external, which may include shareholders, partners, consultants, government agencies and other Ensign corporate teams
• Assist in preparing clear and effective materials to management and stakeholders, including reports, presentation slides and data sheets
• Researching and analysing market reports, financial data, technology and industry trends that would be required to develop Ensign\xe2\x80\x99s priorities and direction
• Performing other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Corporate Strategy, Management/Strategy Consulting or related field. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Ability to conduct deep, structured analysis a must
• Ability to interpret financial numbers and balance sheets a must
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Liberal Arts or a related field

Preferred Skills /Qualities

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve by thinking creatively yet deeply
• Ability to collaborate with other teams, including senior management, to drive outcomes without formal authority
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and Visualization tools eg. Tableau, Power BI desirable
• Experience in the IT or Cybersecurity industry a plus, though not a requirement
