The

Strategy & Capital Partnerships Director

will play a strategic role at the intersection of finance, technology, and capital partnerships. This person will support the executive team in designing and executing fintech initiatives (such as creator financing, payment systems, and capital market products), while leading investor activities with prospective capital partners.





You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Corporate Development teams to structure financial instruments and manage partner relationships.

1. Strategy & Execution

Support the design, development, and launch of fintech products and platforms related to creator financing, payments, or digital asset management. Conduct market research, benchmarking, and strategy to support new fintech opportunities. Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to evaluate licensing, compliance, and technology partnerships. Prepare business cases, go-to-market plans, and investor materials for fintech and digital asset ventures.

2. Capital Partnerships

Support fundraising activities with private and public investors, including digital asset investors.


Coordinate investor meetings and roadshows. Assist in structuring capital-raising instruments such as convertible notes, SAFEs, or mezzanine debt. * Contribute to the group's financial model, valuation analyses, and scenario planning for investor discussions.
