Our Infrastructure team provides the end-to-end managed services and solutions for the entire group's Internet infrastructure alongside running business applications. As a Strategy & Commercial Specialist with a focus on Communications (A2P) Solutions within the Infrastructure team, you will serve as the primary interface and act as the process owner responsible for managing suppliers and internal customers. In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient infrastructure products/services for the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive communications channel strategy, technology evaluation, vendor engagement, and cost optimization, ensuring our communications solutions align with business growth.

Assist in planning, developing and implementing comprehensive IT infrastructure strategies tailored to the business needs and prospects, with a focus on communications (A2P) solutions, including but not limited to SMS, OTT messaging, Voice etc. Adopt industrial standards and best practices; drive and govern related frameworks, SOPs and templates/checklists within the Infra team to optimize the organization's operations process. Conduct research, provide market insights and analysis on A2P trends and emerging technologies to support business decision making processes. Engage suppliers and formulate communications solutions based on user requirements. Lead the qualification, evaluation, selection, negotiation processes on commercial aspects when requesting proposals from vendors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute communications channel strategies and operational efficiency improvement plans. Manage the end to end supplier and partner relationship. Support on operation matters, such as invoice verification, dispute resolution, payment processing, Sender ID registration etc. Support continuous improvement in financial governance, vendor accountability, and project delivery. Manage the end to end supplier and partner relationships. Budget planning and monitoring of the costs for communications services. Other tasks separately assigned in addition to the above.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in communication, IT or other technical field; and other relevant working experience are also considered. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial related or solution architect roles within the telco and communications sector. Good knowledge of market development, communication solutions, and understanding of the components involved in enabling the communication channels. Proven working experience in the procurement capacity is an added advantage. Proficiency in data and financial analysis. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Accurate and precise attention to detail. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven; capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
