What the day will look like

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making by developing robust business cases, preparing executive-level presentations, and assisting in implementation and execution of variety of strategy-related projects & initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, presentation skills and a proficiency in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.

Develop comprehensive business cases for new initiatives, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment. Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other as requested by Human Capital APAC Leaders. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, new markets, and emerging opportunities to support strategic planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product to gather data and ensure alignment on project objectives. Execute and implement strategic projects/ initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in post-implementation reviews. Support the annual and long-range strategic planning processes through data analysis, scenario modeling, and development of strategic options. Prepare briefing documents, executive summaries, and ad hoc analysis as required.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree a plus) 3- 5 years' experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a similar analytical role Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (presentation development) Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
