Your responsibilities

• Implement regional strategy across various countries and businesses - understand and align customer needs at the country level with regional strategic priorities
• Develop strategy roadmap for each country across businesses and provide a clear action plan for implementation
• Develop KPIs and Dashboards to track implementation and validate that the expected business outcomes have been achieved.
• Adjust strategic roadmaps and analyze the implications through what-if analysis and portfolio modeling.
• Support the country management team in developing business cases for financing opportunities beyond the core.
• Extensive strategy and team lead experience within oil & gas, renewables and/or energy transition.
• Review potential funding and financing opportunities for low carbon energy projects

• Track record of supporting transformations in the energy industry and know what it takes to grow the business. Demonstrated experience working with C-level.
• Commercial orientation and understanding and possess the ability to build and maintain a business network, while identifying new opportunities for customers.
• Strong leadership skills and project experience, you are used to building relationships while communicating effectively with different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of performance management principles and methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data
• Project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in managing change and guiding employees through performance improvement initiatives and organizational transitions
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address performance related challenges.
