About the Internship

Solving business problems through marketing communications lens is an interdisciplinary challenge. We are looking for a strategy intern who has enough curiosity and courage to solve a wide range of problems. You are not expected to know everything but have enough drive to show up and find answers when faced with a problem. Adequate support and mentorship will be provided along the way.

This is a full-time internship program for a period of 6 months. \

What you\'ll be doing

• Provide support to the Strategy and Business Teams
• Assist in audience / market research activities
• Unearth insights in service of defining strategic goals and objectives
• Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities for client projects / campaigns
• Learn how data insights are turned into strategic direction
• Understand how strategic conclusions and actionable recommendations are structured and presented
• Hone market research skills in agency environment
• Understands the various research tools available and actively use them (Newswhip, Brandwatch, GWI, Klear, Emplifi etc) to bring information and insights for better, more data-driven briefs
• Open to learn new tools and research sources
• Be a champion of one channel - IG or Tik Tok or Telegram or any other of their choosing
• Supports in the crafting of inspiration stimuli such as case studies, analogies and other campaigns to prompt new ideas and thinking
• Enjoy using online listening tools and be able to leverage them to identify relevant conversations and influencers and potential trends

What is required of you

• Preferably a student or graduate candidate in Marketing or relevant field
• Keen interest in Public Relations, Digital Marketing and Communications
• Good research and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Background / Experience in Digital Marketing is a Plus
• Based in Singapore
