We are looking for self-driven young professionals that are eager to launch their career in consulting, to make an impact for our clients and to build hands-on experience on challenging real-life client projects.

Our Strategy and Operations practice spans a wide range of clients\xe2\x80\x99 Digital Transformation needs. Our services include business modeling, process design and improvement, change management, project management, operating model design, go-to-market strategy, front-to-back digitisation, and IT systems assessment and implementation.

We assist clients in strategising, designing and implementing key initiatives across various areas including;

Strategy and Business Model Design\xe2\x80\x8b

Customer Experience, Sales, Service and Marketing\xe2\x80\x8b

Digital Supply Chain and Operations\xe2\x80\x8b

Procurement\xe2\x80\x8b

International Development and Sustainability\xe2\x80\x8b

\xe2\x80\x8bYou will bring Strategic & Operations Consulting experience to engagement delivery which includes aligning strategy, data, people, process and technology for the digital age.

\xe2\x80\x8bYou will support the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, support sales process in developing proposals, market propositions etc

\xe2\x80\x8bYou will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate

\xe2\x80\x8bYou will contribute to overall development and growth of the Strategy & Operations practice\xe2\x80\x8b

Skill Requirements:

Young profiessionals or fresh graduates in any specialization from reputable local and overseas universities

Excellent academic and co-curricular achievement record

Are keen to develop themselves in consulting

Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative

A results-oriented self starter who can work in teams, is resourceful and willing to think out of the box

Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure, and be highly adaptable in a dynamic environment

Have a good co-curricular activities record

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Are service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence
