Changi Airport Group (CAG) is the manager of Singapore Changi Airport, a leading air hub in Asia and one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most awarded airports. CAG performs the key functions of airport operations, air hub development, retail and commercial activities, infrastructure development and airport emergency services. We are looking for passionate individuals to join the Enterprise Digital Ecosystem & Business (EDEB) Division, which oversees and drives the Changi Airport digital ecosystem and transformation journey so as to deliver a cohesive and personalised omni-channel experience to the Changi customers, with the aim of driving operational excellence, value capture and customer experience.



The Enterprise Digital Ecosystem & Business Division (EDEB) oversees and drives the Changi Airport digital ecosystem and transformation journey with the aim of delivering a cohesive omni-channel experience to the Changi customers. The Strategy & Performance section in EDEB orchestrates Changi\xe2\x80\x99s digital dream through innovative strategies and performance optimisation. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a passion in driving digital transformation and performance excellence, who can support the team to harmonize digital projects across the enterprise and manage their inter-dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive digital ecosystem results by developing, automating and monitoring performance dashboards
• Review and develop metrics to measure the success of the digital ecosystem and products
• Analyse performance of the digital ecosystem and products, and work with stakeholders to identify gaps and plans to improve performance
• Prepare management reports to provide regular updates on digital ecosystem performance and projects\xe2\x80\x99 progress
• Implement and coordinate projects and roadmap for enhancing CAG\xe2\x80\x99s digital ecosystem and omni-channel customer journeys

Requirements:

• Undergraduate with a degree in Business / Data Analytics / Economics / Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills with prior experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for orchestration and data manipulation preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagements and project management skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, meticulous and a good team player; able to multi-task effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile and able to adapt quickly; comfortable to operate in a high-growth digital business where change is constant
• Prior experience in the e-commence, digital and technology field would be an advantage, with a strong interest in digital transformation and trends
