This role offers hands-on experience in strategic analysis, market research, and business planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and operational excellence. It is designed for MBA student, preferably with a few years of work experience in strategy consulting. Ideal for an MBA student. We are looking for someone with a few years of strategy consulting experience, strong problem-solving capabilities, analytical skills and a passion for the healthcare industry.What will you be doing?Country fact Book Research:Perform in-depth research on specific markets regarding macroeconomic environment, healthcare landscape, and trends in sports medicine.Assist to derive strategic implications, tactics and optimal go-to-market structure for Smith+ Nephew through secondary research, data analysis and alignment discussions with key stakeholders .Project initiative analytical support:Conduct bespoke analyses for strategic initiatives to drive business growth, diagnose operational issues and size business opportunity.KPI metrics review and dashboard development:Track, analyze and communicate critical business KPIs and metrics and monitor progress against strategic plans.Support project management of KPI dashboard development, including working with cross-functional teams to validate the data accuracy.What will you need to be successful?Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following:Currently pursuing an MBA or equivalent graduate-level degree from a recognized institution.Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting or a related field.Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, or business operations is highly desirable.Familiarity with the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.You.
