Lead annual and long-term strategic planning; assess macroeconomic, industry, customer, and competitive trends; prepare strategy presentations for senior management.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business strategies; synthesize data into actionable insights; monitor emerging trends, technologies, and regulations globally.
Financial & M&A Evaluation:
Collaborate with finance and business units to align growth initiatives with financial objectives; support M&A evaluations, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with business leaders across finance, sales, marketing, tech, HR, and operations; facilitate workshops and strategy sessions; host strategy-related events to align multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
6-10 years' experience in in-house strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment, or related fields.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
Experience in market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.

Collaborative mindset; able to work across geographies and functions.
Hands-on approach with willingness to dive into research and execution.
Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic business environment; travel may be required.
