Job Description
Responsibilities:
Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities. Develop and review structural designs and drawings for steel structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate steel structure designs into overall project plans Conduct structural analysis and calculations to determine load requirements, stress factors, and material specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the seamless integration of steel components into the project Oversee the fabrication and installation of steel structures for various construction projects Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues. Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications. Able to coordinate well with MEP department. Liaise with Safety team to maintain temporary facility and prevent unsafe work. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned. Willing to travel to different project site if required. Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
1. Min Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent
2. Min 2 years working experience in construction
3. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
