Position : Structural Supervisor (Marine/Shipyard) Location : 45 Gul Road (Daily Company Transport pickup nearby MRT: Bukit Batok/Jurong East/Boon Lay/Choa Chu Kang/Woodlands) Duration : Permanent Benefits : OT pay entitlement / Medical Benefits such as Outpatient,Dental,Healthscreening etc / Variable Bonuses / Company Insurances such as Personal Accident, Life Term, Surgical, Hospitalizations, Work Injury / Annual Leave / Birthday Leave / NTUC Membership Salary : Up to S$4,500/- (Designation and Salary Commensurate with experience) Industry : Dyna Mac is a Public Listed company in Oil&Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering.

:

• Supervise, organize and plan activities to ensure smooth fabrication and construction of structures within the stipulated schedule
• Prepare project progress reports and plan for one week look ahead of activities to be completed
• Redline markup drawings to be done progressively and update engineering
• Review technical drawings and advise engineering of any discrepancies before commencing any fabrication works
• Perform MTO and update progressively to ensure proper control of material procurement and usage
• Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely
• Follow up on all fabrication and installation job fit up, welding and inspection
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work
• Manage and ensure subcontractor performance in line with provided schedule
• Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site
• Attend the daily tool box meeting and convey instructions clearly

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Engineering/Marine Offshore or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Shipyard operations involving structure fabrication supervision works
• Experience in managing a workforce of sub-contractors/workers and directing them in Structure fabrication and installation
• Able to lead/chair daily discussions with sub-contractor supervisors for daily progress updates
• Ability to communicate effectively, coordinate site activities between different trades to achieve structural completion as per planned construction sequence
• Good inter-personal skills and able to interact and resolve issues with client\xe2\x80\x99s site supervision daily
• Computer literacy \xe2\x80\x93 MS Excel for reporting
