Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The production supports lead will be responsible for doing production support for STS.
- Perform heath checks for both systems
- Work closely with vendors and business
- Support L&R on incidents
- Support L&R is enhancements.
- Co-ordinate with various IT teams to ensure systems are up and running as per SOP
- Participate in DR and BCP activities
- Graduate & above degree in IT or Engineering related field
- Minimum 6 to 12 years experience
- Experience in supporting third party and internal Applications
- Knowledge of IIS and webservices
- Monitoring batches
- Good scripting skills, proven ability in Shell/powershell
- Basic .Net skills, read and troubleshoot code.
- Can write SQL queries for troubleshooting
- Involved in O/S patching
- Basic Trade flow and post trade compliance
- Work with teams to assess vulnerabilities in system
- Some weekend work involving patching
- Have worked with external vendors and business users
- Knowledge of ITIL process
- Experience in supporting Legal and compliance apps desirable
- Know how to retrieve and check Bloomberg data
