You will serve as a primary liaison for both prospective and enrolled students, delivering a smooth and supportive admissions and learning experience. This role involves coordinating online programmes, working closely with instructors, and building meaningful relationships that support learner success.
Key Duties
Provide timely, professional responses to student enquiries throughout the admissions and enrolment process.
Support the delivery of online courses by monitoring attendance, assisting with assessments, and supporting capstone project milestones.
Collaborate with instructors and teaching assistants to ensure consistent academic guidance and learner support.
Assist with instructor onboarding and manage class communication channels, addressing questions and concerns from learners.
Gather and analyse student feedback to identify opportunities for programme improvement.
Manage administrative processes, including certificate issuance and requests related to reassessments, deferments, transfers, or withdrawals.
Act as a brand ambassador at events such as conferences, talks, and webinars, promoting the organisation's commitment to education and technology.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in admissions, student services, customer support, or an education-related role.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interest in technology and supporting learner outcomes.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with people.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting is an advantage.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
