Are you friendly, student-focused and ready for a fast-moving startup? We're hiring an Admissions Executive to create meaningful learning journeys for our students.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to student inquiries and ensure their admissions experience is smooth and positive. Assist with online training courses: monitor attendance, support assessments and capstone projects. Coordinate with trainers and teaching assistants to deliver excellent learning support. Recruit passionate instructors and manage class group chats, helping trainees with questions. Gather and review student feedback and help implement improvements. Issue certificates, process requests for re-assessment, deferment, program switches or withdrawals. Represent our institute at events, seminars and webinars with energy and passion for education and tech.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in admissions, customer service, or education. Excellent communicator -- written and verbal. Genuine passion for tech and education. Organized, detail-oriented, and great with people. Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics is a plus. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
