Job Description

We are looking passionate and committed individuals to join us as a centre manager/ centre head for our centre!Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the centre.
• Oversee daily management of student care services and student well-being.
• Organise, plan and schedule classes, activities for the holiday programmes,scheduling of classes, as well as teaching
• Manage teachers' responsibilities and mentor teachers to help them understand the processes, approaches to teaching in student care.
• Coordinate arrivals and pick up schedule with bus drivers on a daily basis.
• Liaise with parents on matters regarding student affairs, teaching and learning issues.
• Send out notifications of classes, special offers, etc.
• Attend to Student-Parent matters with regards to student's academic and behavioural attitudes and achievements.
• Maintain student records.
• Host prospective customers and explain the student care experience to them.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a student care centre manager or in a related field.
• Have a strong understanding of student care operations.
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity.
• Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English and one other mother tongue language.
• Be self-motivated and possess strong multi-tasking skills.
• Possess strong organizational skills.
• Only Singapore-based candidates need to apply.
• Able to multi-task.

WORKING HOURS

• Normal school term: 10am to 7pm (Mon - Fri)
• During school holiday: 9 hours shift between 7.30am to 7pm (Mon - Fri)

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,200.00 - $4,500.00 per monthSchedule:

• Monday to Friday
