About The Role:

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation at Serangoon Moral Student Care Centre
Ensure a safe and conductive environment is provided for the students
Responsible for programme planning, curriculum development and staff supervision
Responsible in managing staff, students, parents, equipment, technology, finance, information and all other resources so as to ensure that the quality of services provided meets the regulations set out in the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Guidelines for Student Care Centre, and are in line with vision and mission of Chee Hoon Kog Moral Promotion Society

Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies:

Strong analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Strong leadership and excellent people management skills

Core Competencies:

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

Min 5 O Level credits with at least 5 years experience in the Student Care setting
Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
