Responsible for programme planning, curriculum development and staff supervision . Responsible in managing staff, students, parents, equipment, technology, finance, information and all other resources so as to ensure that the quality of services provided meets the regulations set out in the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Guidelines for Student Care Centre, and are in line with vision and mission of Chee Hoon Kog Moral Promotion Society Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: . Strong analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal and time management skills . Strong leadership and excellent people management skills Core Competencies: . Meticulous and organised . Interest and passion working with children age 7 to 14 . Must be proficient in MS office software Preferred achievements / characteristics: . Min 5 O Level credits with at least 5 years experience in the Student Care setting .
