Student Care Centre Supervisor (Full time) at Marine Terrace & Bedok Working Hours for Centre Supervisor (Full Time)- 36 hours per week (Monday- Friday) (3 days 6 hours shift, 2 days 9 hours shift) Student Care Centre Supervisor (Full time) at Marine Terrace & Bedok Working Hours for Centre Supervisor (Full Time)- 36 hours per week (Monday- Friday) (3 days 6 hours shift, 2 days 9 hours shift) Main Job Responsibilities: Ensure the leadership, management and delivery of quality student care centre and that the daily operations, financial, human resource and management of the centre are carried out effectively. Work within the centre's policies, philosophy and procedures. Supervise and provide leadership. Provide care and supervise a class of students in an after school care setting Guide primary school students (P1 - 6) in their schoolwork in at least two subjects (English/ Maths/ Science) Liaise with the school and parents regarding students' progress and behaviour Plan and deliver activities for students (eg, art and craft, character building, holiday excursions) Requirements/ qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent. At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Education or equivalent.
