Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of Lorna Whiston Student Care centre
Ensure overall safety and well-being of students
Liaise with HQ and parents with regards to student and Centre matters
Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per set curriculum
Plan for manpower and logistics
Handle parent enquiries, and provide regular updates to parents regarding their children's well-being and academic matters
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications and withdrawals of enrolment
Handle fees payment and follow up on fees arrears
Maintain updated records of students' profile and finance matters
Other related duties as assigned by the CEO and Head of Schools
Lorna Whiston Brand Ambassador
To serve as a front-line representative to families and the external community, providing the best customer service during a customer's initial admission and enrolment experience
Act as brand ambassador and present LW's programmes to prospective parents and students
Know LW programmes' unique-selling points and continuously learn new features of the various programmes; communicate LW's ethos and programmes effectively
Build relationships with key partners, affiliates and influencers in the communities locally
Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education, or in another field with a PGCE
Possess excellent communication skills
