Who We are looking for
We are seeking passionate individuals with a genuine commitment to children's well-being. Ideal candidates will be responsible, independent, and resilient, with qualities that foster a supportive learning environment. Candidates will have the following traits:
A passion for working with and mentoring primary school children.
Strong classroom management skills.
Patient, cheerful, responsible, resourceful, and motivated.
Strong proficiency in Primary School English, Mathematics, and Science.
A team player with IT proficiency (Microsoft Office for planning and parent communication via email or school apps).
Prior experience working with children is an advantage but not required.
Ability to guide students in Chinese homework is a strong plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
Escort children safely from nearby schools to the student care centre.
Ensure a safe, clean, and disciplined classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
Guide and supervise children to complete their homework and spelling practice in a small group setting.
Plan and execute engaging holiday and enrichment programs (e.g., arts & crafts, educational games, and field trips).
Build positive and open relationships with parents through regular updates on their child's progress.
Maintain student records, including attendance and incident reports.

Part-Time (Choa Chu Kang):
Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM (Working hours may be adjusted during school holidays to support full-day programs.)*

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,000.00 per month
