Working days & Timing: depends to CentreKEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure students finish school homework (give spelling drills, prepare them for test/examinations - e.g. students do more practices on assessment books, ensure completed exercises in assessment books are marked, ensure corrections done)

• Supervise and guide the student with their school work as well as life skills.
• Plan and conduct child appropriate social and recreational activities and holiday programs
• Ensure the safety, security and well-being of students
• Address classroom disciplinary issues using positive disciplinary technique
• Prepare/organise and execute/conduct creative learning activities and outings as required
• Support the holistic development of students in alignment with organisation's goals
• Handle administrative classroom management tasks
• Maintain regular communication with student's parents
• Foster good working relationship with students, parents and team members

REQUIREMENTS

• At least A-level or a Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Preferably WSQ Student Care certification.
• Prior work experience with children is a plus.
