Student Care Teacher
Job Description
Student Care Teacher to be involved in:1. Coach and mentor primary school children (P1-P6) in their homework and academic curriculum for English language, Math, Science and Chinese. Candidates able to teach Chinese and English will have the priority.2. Co-ordinate with other teachers in the centre in planning daily activities including fetching of students from nearby school.3. Plan and deliver activities for students (eg, art and craft, character building, holiday excursions). Preparing and maintaining an accurate progress record for each student4. Maintain regular communication with the child's parents on their academic performance and progress5. Prepare and execute holiday programmes and excursions (if applicable) for students during school holidays.6. Address class disciplinary issues using positive discipline technique to correct the children behaviour and actions7. Ensure classroom discipline, cleanliness, safety and security of the students at all times8. Able to to engage with students from different levels9. Able to deal with students with different needs.10. Must be active participation in daily activities with other teachers in the centre.11. Must participate in teamwork including developing goals and objectivesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per monthSchedule:
- Monday to Friday
Wearing mask at all times in the centre, temperature check and regular sanitising of hands and commonly touched surface.Education:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
- teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- equivalent teaching certificate (Preferred)
