Collaborate closely with the University Partner and the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) to ensure the academic program and CPD accreditation.
Provide efficient and effective administrative support in scheduling timetables, allocating resources, and handling other administrative matters.
Align course modules with lecturer deployment.
Manage accreditation matters and the application process for Safety Development Points (SDUs) with relevant authorities and agencies.
Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in Safety, Health, or Environmental Management discipline.
At least 1 year of administrative work experience, preferably in the education industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong computer skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to improve processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
