Job Description
- Manage late-coming on a daily basis
- Patrolling the classroom blocks to ensure orderliness
- Assist Year Heads/Discipline Master to investigate/follow up on discipline cases
- Manage in-house suspension/detention classes
- Monitor students if and while they are under in-house suspension
- Update discipline/absentee records into individual student profiles
- Assist Year Heads/Discipline Master in monitoring students under Care Management Programme (CMP) on a daily basis
- Monitor anti-smoking programmes in school
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience and expertise in similar position or environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and IT savvy
- Able to interact and manage teenagers
- Able to supervise a group of teenagers independently
- Possess good interpersonal and customer services skills
- Possess initiative and have good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Mondays to Fridays: 7.00AM to 4.30PM; Lunch Break - 1 hr
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Salary: Up to S$2,800 per month
- Contract Period: 01 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 (with option to extend based on clients discretion)
