Are you a highly motivated individual looking for a new challenge? Do you have a hands on and collaborative approach? This role is part of our Lead Qualification team. Advisors are responsible for engaging with and nurturing new student leads generated via our digital marketing channels. The team member will be responsible for contacting prospective students (or their parents or sponsors) who have expressed an interest in our schools and programmes on the Glion, Les Roches and \xc3\x89cole Ducasse digital marketing platforms and identify the student profiles who will make outstanding candidates for our wide range of educational programmes (including Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in Hospitality Management, as well Undergraduate and Diploma programmes in culinary and pastry arts). Our part-time Student Enquiry Officer will be contracted to work 20 hours per week according to a schedule agreed with the LQ Manager. Your Role You will contact potential students via phone calls, as well as communicating via other channels (like email, WhatsApp, Live chat and other messaging platforms), and the aim will be to quickly engage and ensure that prospective students receive a premium and quality first impression of our schools and brands. This personalised and tailored approach is aligned with the student experience we strive to offer at our schools. identify profiles that will make great future student candidates according to broad criteria but also by using their own subjective judgement and then signpost seamlessly and efficiently through to Sommet Education\xe2\x80\x99s team of field-based Education Counsellors, who will then guide them throughout the admissions process.
When contacting potential students, you will take a positive but professional approach, and will be able to respond knowledgeably to initial queries, as well as being able to engage confidently on our school\xe2\x80\x99s unique selling points.
You will ensure that all leads are contacted in a proactive and timely manner, according to defined KPIs and that all enquiries are contacted in a professional and in a premium manner, respecting the brand standards. In addition, you will be able to identify unsuitable leads, recording any relevant information accurately in our CRM system, Salesforce.
You will play an important part in our global recruitment network, and communicate effectively with different global teams, including digital lead generation team, marketing team, field recruitment team and campus teams. About You This role is a perfect first step into our Enrolment and Marketing team; ideal for a graduate with 1- or 2-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales or customer service in a premium or luxury sector, especially hospitality or culinary arts. This is a great opportunity to develop a career in the international education sector in a high-end B2C services environment, however, we will also consider applicants who have experience in different sectors, though you will need to show a strong track record of relatable experience successfully engaging with premium customers with a consultative sales approach. Fluent in English and an additional major regional language relevant to Asia Pacific market priorities for example: Mandarin, Thai or Vietnamese You will be an excellent communicator, i.e., with great listening skills, an ability to clearly articulate ideas, with a talent for advising and influencing.
